We are pleased to announce a significant leadership change at The Timothy Group. Effective March 1, 2025, Ron Haas and Rich Cummins have acquired ownership of the company and assumed new leadership roles, with Ron serving as CEO and Rich as President. This transition represents an exciting new phase in our organization’s journey as we continue our commitment to delivering outstanding fundraising services.

Founders Pat and Jane McLaughlin, who established The Timothy Group in 1990, will remain connected to the organization. Pat will serve in an advisory capacity, mentoring our campaign team on major donor solicitation and providing expert guidance on capital campaigns, executive mentoring, and feasibility studies. His extensive experience, which has benefited over 2,000 Christian organizations worldwide, will continue to be a valuable asset to our company. Pat will continue serving clients, sharing fundraising insights, speaking at national conferences, and umpiring a few baseball games in his spare time! Jane will be retiring in April after her many years of dedicated service, and we extend our heartfelt appreciation for her leadership and invaluable contributions to our success.
