Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Leesa Huston serves as Office Manager and Executive Assistant for The Timothy Group, providing comprehensive executive support and oversight of daily administrative operations. With over 20 years of experience spanning nonprofit and for-profit sectors, she brings extensive expertise in operations management, executive administration, finance, human resources, and strategic coordination.

Leesa’s professional approach emphasizes operational excellence, workplace culture development, and executive support that enables organizational leaders to focus on strategic priorities. Prior to joining The Timothy Group, she held senior leadership positions with established ministries in Northeast Indiana, where she developed her comprehensive understanding of nonprofit operations and administration.

Leesa holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting and a Certificate in Fundraising Management (CFRM) from the Indiana University School of Philanthropy. Her professional commitment is complemented by her dedication to faith, family, and service. She values time spent with her children, six grandchildren, great-granddaughter, and extended family, and remains deeply committed to advancing The Timothy Group’s mission through excellence in administrative leadership..
