Cynthia holds a Master’s degree in Music Education from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She currently serves as collaborative pianist for the applied vocal and choir departments at Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where she provides musical support for academic programs and student development.
In addition to her university responsibilities, Cynthia coordinates worship at Faith Community CRC in Wyoming, Michigan, and maintains professional collaborations with the Michigan State Band and Orchestra Association (MSBOA) and Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp in Twin Lakes, Michigan. These diverse musical engagements demonstrate her commitment to both educational and community-based musical excellence.
Cynthia and her husband Ron have three sons and five grandchildren. She joined The Timothy Group in April 2025, bringing her organizational and collaborative skills to support the team’s mission and operations.
