Client Services Coordinator & Office Administrator

Cindy Bouma serves as Client Services Coordinator for The Timothy Group. A West Michigan native, she brings over 30 years of experience in public relations and media relations across Michigan and Northwest Indiana. Her professional background includes specialized communications work for the American Heart Association, where she shared the stories of individuals affected by heart disease and stroke, as well as work with families and small businesses at WCSG Radio.

Cindy’s diverse experience in storytelling and relationship management provides valuable expertise in supporting client communications and engagement. Her background in media relations and public relations translates effectively to understanding organizational needs and facilitating clear, compelling communication.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Cindy enjoys sewing, reading biographies, and spending time with her extended family. She has been involved in remodeling her mother’s home and values time spent with her son, for whom she will volunteer as a Study Hall Monitor at his high school this year.  In turn, he enjoys involving her in his NASCAR passion.
