She began her aviation career at age 15, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Business Administration and subsequently managing flight schools and airport operations. Her early career in aviation provided foundational experience in operations management and strategic planning.
Following her marriage to an Air Force pilot, Christy’s career evolved across multiple industries and geographic locations. She earned an MBA in Marketing and completed specialized training at MIT in artificial intelligence applications for business strategy. Her expertise includes productivity optimization and organizational development, and she maintains active volunteer commitments with animal rescue organizations.
For the past 20 years, Christy has focused on the education sector, combining her business expertise with commitment to meaningful impact. She currently serves as an Aviation Business instructor at Middle Georgia State University and as Advancement Director for a large private school in Florida. Through her association with The Timothy Group, she provides strategic development and growth consulting to educational leaders and institutions.
