DESCRIPTION:What is Recharge Refresh Renew?\n\nRecharge Refresh Renew is a biannual development training seminar that The Timothy Group hosts here in Grand Rapids\, Michigan. Typically\, we host one seminar in the spring and one seminar in the fall. \nWhere did we get the name for this event? We call it Recharge Refresh Renew because the idea for this seminar is\, whether you have been in the development/fundraising world for 30 seconds or 30 years\, we want you leaving feeling recharged and equipped with the tools and the confidence to reach your fundraising goals. \n\nWhat to Expect\n\nTimes of fellowship\, networking\, and growth are expected during Recharge Refresh Renew. We are unique that we teach fundraising principles through a Christian worldview. We start every seminar with a session called “The Biblical Basis of Asking”\, which is about three separate occasions in the Bible where the principles of fundraising are applied. \nWe schedule time for our attendees to attend “onsite visits” here in Grand Rapids with organizations we have worked with.
