DESCRIPTION:What is Recharge Refresh Renew?\n\nRecharge Refresh Renew is a biannual development training seminar that The Timothy Group hosts here in Grand Rapids\, Michigan. Typically\, we host one seminar in the spring and one seminar in the fall. \nWhere did we get the name for this event? We call it Recharge Refresh Renew because the idea for this seminar is\, whether you have been in the development/fundraising world for 30 seconds or 30 years\, we want you leaving feeling recharged and equipped with the tools and the confidence to reach your fundraising goals. \n\nWhat to Expect\n\nTimes of fellowship\, networking\, and growth are expected during Recharge Refresh Renew. We are unique that we teach fundraising principles through a Christian worldview. We start every seminar with a session called “The Biblical Basis of Asking”\, which is about three separate occasions in the Bible where the principles of fundraising are applied. \nWe schedule time for our attendees to attend “onsite visits” here in Grand Rapids with organizations we have worked with. We have taken attendees to places such as Potter’s House\, South Christian High School\, Cornerstone University\, Mel Trotter Ministries\, and many more places. \n\nThe Timothy Group takes our guests offsite to a wonderful dinner at one of our personal favorite restaurants here in Grand Rapids for an evening of networking with other individuals from all over the country\, talking about their similarities and differences between their ministries. \nRecharge Refresh Renew starts at 8 AM each day and ends at 3 PM on the second day. Here is the agenda from one of our previous Seminars. Because all trainings are catered to the ministries in attendance\, topics and times are subject to change. \n\nRegistration\n\nThe Timothy Group’s next Recharge Refresh Renew seminar will be held on October 2-3\, 2025\, at the Drury Inn & Suites Grand Rapids. \nAttending is as simple as 1-2-3!\nStep 1: Register for the training. \nStep 2: Book your lodging. \nStep 3: Book your travel to Grand Rapids and let us know your plans. \n\nPlease contact Brent Nudo at 616.272.5891 or bnudo@timothygroup.com with any questions. \nRegistration for Recharge Refresh Renew is now OPEN! \nBook Your Lodging!
